A partnership between local organizations and the American Forest Foundation, dedicated to providing technical and financial assistance to landowners in Plumas, Butte, Lassen, Modoc, Nevada, Placer, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Tehama, Trinity and Yuba counties.
CAL FIRE California Forest Improvement Program
A cost-share assistance program for private and public ownerships containing 20 to 5,000 acres of forest land for: management planning, site preparation, tree purchase and planting, timber stand improvement, fish and wildlife habitat improvement, and land conservation practices.
