Sound the Alarm - Smoke Alarm Program

The image features a smoke alarm with a message encouraging people to "Sound the Alarm" to save lives.

The Sound the Alarm program provides free smoke detectors helping to ensure that every home is equipped with this life saving device. Working smoke alarms can cut the risk  of death from home fires in half. Plumas Fires Safe Council is partnering with American Red Cross to implement the Sound the Alarm program in Plumas County. We’re working with fire departments, Firewise Communities and other community partners to Sound the Alarm. Together, we’re installing FREE smoke  alarms in your community and promoting fire safety. Fill out the form below to request a  smoke alarm installation today.
