Logan joined the Plumas County Fire Safe Council in October 2022. He spent 2 years working at the Big Chico Creek Ecological Reserve while obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical and Environmental Geography from California State University, Chico. At the BCCER he gained an interest in habitat restoration and fire resilient landscapes achieved through thinning projects and prescribed fire.

Logan has worked on wildfires and prescribed fires throughout the west and is excited to both share knowledge and learn about the Northern Sierras. In his free time he enjoys backpacking, sewing, and exploring forest and desert environments.
