Help Shape County Priorities: Complete & Share Survey

The image features the emblem of Plumas County, California, highlighting a feather and crossed tools, established in 1854.

Plumas County has launched a Community Engagement Survey to gather input that will help guide county priorities, services, and future decision-making.

For those of us working in wildfire preparedness and fuels mitigation, this survey is an important opportunity. The results will help shape how resources are allocated and which community needs are prioritized—factors that directly influence our ability to advance defensible space, landscape-scale fuels reduction, and community resilience efforts across the county.

Plumas Fire Safe asks that you take a few minutes to complete the survey and then share it with your networks. Participation from residents, partners, and stakeholders helps ensure that the importance of wildfire mitigation and community safety is clearly reflected in county-level planning.

Survey closes: May 8, 2026

For best results, we encourage you to include this initiative in your outreach materials and share it directly with your community.

Your voice, and your support in amplifying this effort, helps strengthen not only our Door-to-Forest initiatives, but also how we live and work together in Plumas County.

Thank you for your continued partnership.
