Amber's passion for her community led her to join the Plumas County Fire Safe Council in October 2023 as the Rural Outreach Coordinator & Regional Firewise Coordinator. Amber is deeply rooted in Plumas County, with her family having lived here for five generations. This history has instilled in her a strong bond with the community and a deep dedication to its welfare.

Amber is a multifaceted individual who brings strong communication, education, and relationship-building skills to her outreach work, developed through years of engaging directly with the public in community-centered environments.
