Community Wildfire Preparedness Plan Workshop & Field Tour
Join Plumas County Fire Safe Council and community partners for a hands-on community workshop focused on wildfire preparedness, risk awareness, and future wildfire resilience planning in Quincy.
This interactive event will include guided field observations and community discussion focused on:
- Wildfire risk conditions
- Evacuation and access considerations
- Defensible space and vegetation management
- Community preparedness and resilience
- Opportunities for future wildfire planning efforts
Participants may walk, bike, or drive portions of the community assessment routes.
This event supports ongoing Community Wildfire Protection Planning (CWPP) readiness and community engagement efforts.
