Pile Chips
Broadcast Chips
A preference for hauling will be dependent on availability.
Is your pile within the 16 linear feet (by 4 feet by 12 feet) size requirement?
*
Yes
No
If your pile is larger than 16 linear feet the operator may chip the pile - if their schedule allows. The cost for additional chipping is $25/15 minutes and MUST be pre-organized with the program manager.
Where is the material located in relation to the house or road?
*
Please note: piles must be established along roadways or driveways with adequate turnaround area for a pick-up towing a chipper and at a safe distance from passing traffic.
The following questions allow us to report the program's accomplishments to our funder:
How many hours did it take to prepare the piles?
*
What would you do with this material if this chipping program were not available?
*
Burn it
Take it to the transfer station
Leave it on the property
Rent a chipper
Did you hire someone to cut and stack maertials for you?
*
Yes
No
If so, how much did it cost?
*
